VIDEO : Message de Nicolas BRUSSON (promo 2000), CEO & co-fondateur de BlaBlaCar, à la promotion 2020 !

Voici cette fois  la vidéo de Nicolas BRUSSON (promo 2000) qui a été réalisée pour la cérémonie de remise des diplômes à la promotion 2020 du 18 juin dernier à CentraleSupelec.

Pour rappel, nous avions proposé à 5 Alumni de témoigner de leur parcours et de leur expérience afin que les nouveaux alumni découvrent quelques exemples de métiers possibles à la sortie de SupOptique !

Nicolas is CEO and co-founder of BlaBlaCar.

Nicolas leads the company’s global operations and international growth. He drives BlaBlaCar’s corporate development and has successfully led the company’s various rounds of financing and acquisitions. Nicolas is a strong supporter of autonomous local teams and acqui-hire, a strategy he implemented to expand BlaBlaCar’s footprint to a global scale.

Prior to BlaBlaCar, Nicolas was a venture capitalist focusing on consumer internet and telecommunication investments for Amadeus Capital Partners in London, UK. He led or co-led investments in Linkdex, Octotelematics or Secerno (now Oracle). Nicolas started his career at DiCon Fiberoptics in Berkley, California and spent 6 years at Gemfire in Silicon Valley.

Nicolas holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Optics from the Ecole Superieure d’Optique and an MSc in Applied Physics from Paris XI University.
